It's actually a good place for a steppingstone in your CAE/automotive career. Benefits are quite good too: 401k match, medical and dental insurance coverage, PTO/plant shutdowns.

Pay below average, long hours, and unnecessary overtime work due to poorly managed projects. Do not expect to have "work-life balance" here :)
