None, at all. Unless you are new to the country and willing to accept poor treatment to get into the job market.
Cons
It is now a few years on from leaving F1 and I still appreciate the fact that I managed to get out of that toxic environment. The management of this company was shocking right from the get go. The fact that the company is owned and run by a single family unit and those family members treat the employees so badly is shocking. There was no way to report their behavior as the department that is supposed to look after the employees was run by one of the family members.
