      Regarding working for HQ (not a franchise studio): - employee morale and motivation is high, enjoyable workplace, great motivated coworkers - fitness is fun, fast-paced, and enjoyable - work isn't honestly too hard - pay was great

      Cons

      Regarding working for HQ (not a franchise studio): - leadership is indecisive - takes forever to get plans, literally any type of plans, approved - company as a whole is very disorganized - has a history of unexpected, mass layoffs
