      Pros

      There is nothing good in this company. You find only way of training freshers to meet the organization needs is brilliant (though it is cheating)

      Cons

      Internal politics. Stressful work. Cheats clients. Very less pay. You should work like slave where you get less than a slave earns. Use and throws employees. Lost its reputation in the market.

      Pros

      1) Learning in different areas 2) You will get a chance to develop multiple skills

      Cons

      1) Managerial issues 2) Politics 3) Have to be available 24/7 for work 4) Below average pay 5) No work life balance 6) The worst top & mid management and the highlight is managers only show case, they will not sit with the employees for problems 7) I would say this is one of the worst organisations.
