You are pushed way out of your limits to make sure they earn and fill their pockets
Cons
* No Incentives ever given, just fooled by showing the incentives on your CTC. * Work life balance is very poor, they will push you to travel 6 days a week, book hotels like brothels to save their money. * As you fresher mostly you will not complain, if you complain they will say sorry and book another brothel for you, logically you cant keep complaining again and again, this is how they play with your mind. * They will launch new products every quarter and ask you to sell, you sell it fails and they change the product.
