I really enjoyed my experience at Integis and learned a lot. I enjoyed the entrepreneurial and collaborative atmosphere of the company where each team member has autonomy over his/her work but also makes teamwork a central aspect of their daily activities. I liked being challenged as an intern to take charge of and execute difficult projects while receiving strong mentorship from my superiors along the way. I gained immense insight, liked taking charge of projects that fit my personal interests and honed skills that have been incredibly valuable since. But most importantly, I think the team at Integis is what sets it apart as a firm. The office offers a motivating environment where team members are excited about their work but also fun, engaging people who enjoy getting to know one another and pushing each other to grow. I always felt valued and was inspired to do my best.

Integis is a small and growing firm with an entrepreneurial feel, so If you are looking for a large company with a firm organizational structure, you may want to consider somewhere else. You will receive strong mentorship and training with this company, but it values initiative and drive. In order to get the most out of your experience, you need to motivate yourself to take advantage of every opportunity, but if you do, you will have an incredible experience.
