      Pros

      A very nice and friendly welcome from People & Culture Relocation support

      Cons

      Team lead was working remotely and had at least 6 hours time difference, that resulted in communication gap with team lead. There is absolutely no plan for the new teammate (This is really a terrible feeling for an employee joining to the new team). Unfortunately, low salary and no benefits.

      Pros

      Fast growing scale-up doing inspirational work in the fashion industry. Lots of growth opportunities. Human approach to employees/colleagues.

      Cons

      As with many scale-ups, strategic direction can become a bit vague and roles & responsibilities can become messy.
