      Pros

      Being married, I look for work-life balance as a primary motivation in any organization I work for. Here at FATbit, the work-life balance is spot-on with no late sittings or calls on weekends. Moreover, I am getting the requisite freedom to do experiments, do hirings of people from different fields like Statistics, Anthropology and Mass communication. All the requests related to Software and Hardware gets attended in a respectable timeframe.

      - KRAs needs to be more refined - To further crystallize the departments for better management

      They are good at communicating

      My website and apps are non existence after less then 6 months after launching. I would like my money back. I would give my entire experience a 3 out of 10. I do not recommend at all. They are slow, and hust waste all of your time and money.
