      Ethics of the shop idea are overall positive and the customers are generally friendly.

      Cons

      Terrible management and treatment, was completely disrespected by staff and found environment to be highly 'cliquey'.

      Free food on shift...if you ever get a break

      Cons

      Lack of organisation, lack of management, do not follow up on promises, illegal practices such as no allergen concern or training and giving under 18s breaks, no concern for staff welfare, will fire you instead of training you, does not provide any type of contract
