Too much focus on getting conference producers to juggle millions of balls, then no suprise when certain balls slipped. I was continually encouraged to do my own telesales, adding further pressure to someone on the verge of burning out. Felt like they didn't have enough expertise in anything to grow the company and relied on using employees to throw things at the wall and see what stuck.
