Company covered 100% HMO medical insurance, PPO dental insurance, 401K match 4%, give out commission / bounce twice base on personal performance, free lunch once every month with holiday luncheon.
Cons
Working over 9+ hours is norm and you are expecting NOT to leave on time. Owner of the company often yell at employees that make working environment uneasy and there's no room to grow in terms of career and salary.
