Pros
The people for the most part the people are pleasant. Some of them are incompetent hoodlems, but most are really nice for the most part. The work is fairly easy.
Cons
If you want to do something with your life, stay away. This is one of those jobs where you took it just to make some money but you find yourself still there 10 years later in your crappy cubicle. You don't go home feeling proud of what you do or as if you're making a contribution to the world. Your job is to collect money from people who do not have it.
