Pros
The paycheck shows up every other week on Friday, though you may not get the paystub until the following Tuesday. They do offer health insurance for the employee only, not family. The cost is acceptable, and prescriptions are not expensive. Outside of that good luck. Does not cover very much sadly. If you speak Mandarin you will enjoy this company, as you’ll be one of the few who can communicate with managing in China.
Cons
Management is in China. And they try to micromanage. They have no clue what they’re doing in regards to setting up a transportation company in the United States. Many people have quit and they are not filling those positions. Everyone is waiting for the company to close up shop. There are currently two people on the eastern seaboard running this company, or trying to. And both are looking for other jobs. The management from China pays little, and expects much.
