      Pros

      Great work culture overall with ambitious and passionate colleagues. There are some benefits such as discounts for opticians, public transport passes, and car rentals.

      Cons

      Pay is not competitive relative to other leading think tanks. And work contracts are given on an annual basis, max! Which makes it very hard to obtain everything else in life (apartment renting) with that kind of contract.
