      Salaried Employees: Flexible with Schedule. Casual Attire Hourly Employees: At least you are not unemployed/ None

      Cons

      - Horrible "Toxic" Work Environment with limited to no upward mobility. - Pay scale is about 10% to 15% less than standard rates. - Antiquated machinery & tooling - No 401K available for all employees - Under qualified Management - Extremely cheap company - Understaffed & Underpaid - "Good Ole'Boy" System - Hourly Employees are treated like slaves - No AC on production floor - Sweatshop Atmosphere - Micro Management - Extremely High Turnover

      Pros

      A realistic environment with less stress than big corporations. Catered meals a few times a year for employee appreciation and holidays. Several breaks a day for the workers. Pay is comparable for the industry.
