Pros
Good management and site leadership; very little interaction with main office and it wasn't needed. Great Christmas parties! :-)
Cons
Had slightly under bid the contract which limited senior billets and pay ... I was overqualified for the billet that I was in and was unable to reach appropriate pay for quite some time until an appropriate billet opened up (more my fault than theirs for taking it)
