The benefits provided are nice and you get the plan that they sell. They are also generous with vacation time (if you can get your manager to approve it).

Management will play favorites and are too quick to start drama. They are also unwilling to pay you fairly for the work you do. If they see you are a good worker they will take advantage of that and continue to pile on more responsibility with no financial compensation, and then they get upset when you can't handle the new workload. They will set you up for failure just to save money because they don't want to hire more people to help. They will just tell you to work overtime if you tell them the workload is too much.
