      Pros

      Amazing team, great flexibility, supportive leadership! The team is truly wonderful and amazing to work with. Everyone believes in the product and the leadership is very transparent and supportive.

      Cons

      No real cons. Very small team so the standard growing pains and wearing of lots of hats that comes with a startup.

      Pros

      FindMine is a company that gives its employees lots of room to run and grow. The CEO is a wonderful leader committed to a culture of inclusivity and who values her employees above all else. In software, female led companies are a rarity and the fact that FindMine is a company serving the types of companies that it does (retail and fashion), it is important that we standout in this regard. This is my second stint at the company and I couldn't be more thrilled to contribute to its future growth.

      We operate in a world of continual seismic change and that is not for everyone.

      Pros

      Coworkers were friendly to work with and people there were also smart! Assigned me projects that I really enjoyed working on.

      Cons

      Not much chances at that time to know each other better like the social events, happy hours, etc.
