FindMine is a company that gives its employees lots of room to run and grow. The CEO is a wonderful leader committed to a culture of inclusivity and who values her employees above all else. In software, female led companies are a rarity and the fact that FindMine is a company serving the types of companies that it does (retail and fashion), it is important that we standout in this regard. This is my second stint at the company and I couldn't be more thrilled to contribute to its future growth.

We operate in a world of continual seismic change and that is not for everyone.

Coworkers were friendly to work with and people there were also smart! Assigned me projects that I really enjoyed working on.
