Pros
Great Learning for freshers also very good environment to work. All teams starting from ceo, hrs and teachinal teams are very supportive.
Cons
Less financial growth. Apart from that there is no cons. in the company. They gives the chance to fresher who are struggling to get a start in IT sector, so in my experience it's good organization to start the career.
