Pros

There is good opportunity in the marketplace for a solution like this. Market leading solution.

Cons

No internal promotion (none of leadership worked in the company before joining) CEO micro manages and this flows down, has led to CxOs being arrogant and disrespectful, a toxic culture at times. No clear product strategy. Lose too many customers, miss too many revenue targets.

Thank you for your feedback, it is important to us to ensure we continue to make our company a great place to work. FISCAL have a high Employee Engagement and is evidenced in our annual surveys. We have a lower than average employee churn and our churn rates are less than 9% per year. We encourage everyone to be bold and transparent with feedback during employment and at exit interviews. I am happy for you to contact us directly if you feel your views were not captured during your tenure. Kind Regards, Lesley Reeve, COO

Pros

Huge potential to build a career and a business with an incredible solution. People in the company are passionate team players that want you to win. When it comes teamwork there is not a better environment to work in as this organization thrives on collaboration on a global scale.

Cons

Need some more food trucks on our campus.

Pros

Fiscal is great company with an innovative software solution for commercial and governmental organizations. You will get exposure to cloud, analytics, and various ERP/financial systems. I loved the vacation schedule and the opportunity to visit corporate in the UK. The local and overseas team were great and I enjoyed coming to work each day. On a personal item, management encourages you to get of the office during your lunch hour which got me biking, running, & walking.

Cons

For the Cons, I would say time zone differences and benefits. I did find it challenging being managed remotely with the time difference (corporate office in UK & 6 hour difference). Over time, I learned and got used to leveraging those resources during the first half of my day. On the benefits, I found some gaps which I think have been addressed now.
