Mixed bag - Analyst FIT Cybersecurity Employee Review

The company and leadership team are extremely invested in developing team members, and are transparent about the internal mechanisms of the business.

There is a lot of learning on the fly, similar to a startup. However, it isn’t overwhelming like startups due to the amount of training and the culture of everyone helping everyone.

You get to work from home for 12 hours. The cybersecurity analyst team is very nice and always ready to help each other. Great Account managers and CEO.

Horrible manager. Very very horrible management style. The manager does not even know how to investigate certain alarms. He will write you up for things that he can't even explain to you and sometimes with no proof (non-existant). favoritism is a serious thing in this company. The team is actually suffering silently because of his incompetence and cockiness. No training, I can say,( I was personally trained for less with 1 hour). Be aware of this: there is one analyst who doesn't like training others. Lastly, be ready to be stress out big time.
