Low compensation compared to workload, yet expectations are unreasonably high. Salary payments are also inconsistent and often delayed. Poorly planned and unfair rosters. Some managers lack basic competence and rely on regular staff for administrative tasks. HR support is slow and inefficient, with issues often taking a long time to resolve. Employees on medical leave are pressured to return to work, and others are forced to come in on their scheduled off days to cover. High turnover is not a coincidence.
