Recruitment Consultant - Recruitment Consultant FJR Group Employee Review

I joined FJR after being in an SThree type environment for 3 years - it was a breath of fresh air joining Frazer John. I love that I'm trusted to bill in my own way and any KPI's (not that there's many compared to what I was used to) that are in place are put in place based on your personal desk and style of work so they help you make placements rather than stress you out. I moved to FJR after being in another City and I found it VERY easy to make friends, a lot of my friends outside of work came from the office and everybody celebrates each others success because we're on the 'Frazer John Adventure' together. The work events are always fun - they're very generous to both the top billers and new staff who are still building their patch - it feels like everyone is on a level playing field and there's no 'favourites'. There's a lot of social events which go on outside of work for people who want to be involved. - Not being micro-managed - Being trusted to do placements your own way - it's not a one rule fits all environment - VERY generous with freebies (work drinks etc.) - Owner that believes in treating people the right way (staff, candidates & clients)
