Pros

I've worked at FJR for over four years and in that time have grown immeasurably as a recruiter but also as a person. This is a business that empowers you to find your own style and teaches you how to define your own position in a saturated market. I've been privileged to work closely with and learn from the senior management (definitely NOT the ivory tower types) which has given me the skills to take my career to the next level.

Cons

The hands off management style is a blessing but can in some instances be a curse. You need to be able to motivate yourself - whilst there are KPIs they won't be rammed down your throat so on the day to day you need to have the confidence to carve out your own path. Less so for new hires but once you have the tools required it's up to you as to how you use them...
