Pros
The team is very collaborative and fun to work with, everybody is smart and motivated. The variety of clients keeps the work interesting. The atmosphere in the office is warm and casual, and there's a good hybrid model in place for employees in Edmonton.
Cons
Just like in every marketing agency, the work often needs to be turned over quickly, and there are periods or higher stress. But overall, FKA does a better job than average at protecting the work/life balance of their employees.
