      Good culture, fair and decent pay. Not riddled with countless office-based ‘overheads’. Values meritocracy. Positive atmosphere, satisfied staff.

      Cons

      Small projects, generally <$10m, mostly lean project teams with vertical structure. Mostly private industry clients in resources sector.
