Pros
Interview was easy and securing job was surprisingly simple. For entry-level position I had, they will hire anyone with a JD. Not expected to work long hours. Made some great friends.
Cons
I made those great friends because we were miserable. Misery loves company, I suppose. You sit all day in a cubicle, begging for an assignment so boredom doesn't kill you. I found any excuse I could to leave the office and visit a current/potential site. Management takes no interest in its people. My manager trolled college football message boards all day.
