Interesting process, great people, amazing operators, great management staff.

Really no cons, depending on the workload maybe some late night but nothing crazy.

The Human Resources Department. I never heard a good word about the manager. Recruiting process was unethical. References were required from hourly employee applicants, however the references would not be checked. This was known in TopGrading as "Threat of Reference Check". The company asked for references but did not give them.
