Exposure to clients and nice colleagues. Ability to travel. Known organization.
Cons
The management is in majority Dutch so when you are an international you face a lot of challenges. It is not as open minded as it seems. Having people speaking up is seen as bad. Although it is said that in the Dutch culture you can be direct but it is false in FMO. The organization has also evolved in a way where it is more about processes than being entrepreneurial which was its core identity 4 years ago. Less and less flexible. They also do not reward well, salaries are low and due to a lack of capacity in the teams, you are always asked to do more but with no reward. This is why, Many colleagues had a burn out. Career progression is slow and not taken into account.
