      Pros

      We are all adults and get treated as such. You basically do your work on time and accurately and you pretty much manage yourself. We do a great company outing at a resort for a weekend with open bar, and almost zero company talk. Fun team. CEO is open about the company direction of the company, honestly wish he would visit us more.

      Cons

      If you are a complainer who doesn't want to work, you wont survive here. I saw other reviews on here...they are the non workers and complainers.
