      Pros

      High End Research; you work at the edge of physics research in the Netherlands. Lot of Freedom; you can start and stop your working day when you like. Smart People; international people, who work because they love science (or admire a Dutch visa)

      Cons

      Bad Career Opportunities; after obtaining a phd, most researchers are fired and have to find a job elsewhere. Low salary; research salary pay is low Travel; My job was one day per week in Amsterdam and four days in Eindhoven.
