Given the economic in Waukesha, I can understand why people may have concerns, however FORCE America has yet to ever have a layoff. We go out of our way to make wise decisions on when to add to our team so that we never have to go though a layoff. Our ESOP is being governed by the ESOP Committee that has people from all over the company and have been with us for 10 or more years. The idea that they would be abusing our ESOP wouldn't be in there best interest or anyone else's.
