Pros

good coworkers, great teamwork, challenging and exciting work

Cons

Upper management could see nothing but the dollar and ran all of the best employees off. Owner did several things that could be considered sexual harassment, but nothing was done about it since he was the owner. Room for growth was minimal. Raises were minimal if they happened at all.

Pros

I've been at other companies and this is by far my favorite. The culture is very good and there is a purpose outside of financials to what we do. I feel appreciated and impactful within the company. I love my boss and coworkers!

Cons

There are ebbs and flows in the work. Leadership seems aware though and tries to optimize workloads through teaming.
