It is big company, but there is not really structure or clear management. Many times, jobs are given not because of experience or best fit, but more who is knowing who. Product is good, but there is not much innovation and things move very slow. Now company is starting to fall behind in market. Many people don’t have enough skills for roles they are in. Also, good work is often not recognised, especially if you are not white man.
