Nepotism to the 10th Power, Revolving door,Upper management is clueless on how to run a business in this industry. You have no say as an employee. Payroll is a joke and it’s not professional for employees to be paid every 20-30 days. Upper management is not open to listening to lower level employees.Almost 100% turnaround in employees in 3 months.
