Pros
I was pleasantly surprised by how well our company reacted to the Covid outbreak and adjusted to it. We were able to work from home and even come to the office if someone needs to but always taking into account there are no too many colleagues in the office.
Cons
In a company this big, with some many people and different teams globally running everything I can not name something to improve it, especially in these circumstances that the World is in at the moment
