      -Small, successful company -Flat hierarchy--no bureaucracy -Lots of exposure to different departments and the CEO -You can be entrepreneurial--no micro-management

      Cons

      It's a little quiet sometimes; there are offices around the world which is tricky sometimes with the time change and the lack of face time with colleagues.

      Pros

      The bosses are understanding and treat our employees well. By working here you learn a lot about the technical, behind the scenes operations of financial markets. The pay and benefits are pretty good as well.

      Cons

      You run into some time sensitive, high pressure situations and the hours can be long.

      Top notch team. Massive opportunities ahead. Open & transparent leadership. Positive and very flexible working environment. Nice snacks & team lunches on Fridays. Fun team building events and 'office exchange' training program.

      Cons

      Multiple global offices make teamwork a bit more challenging due to time zones and distances. The 'office exchange' training visits are helpful to build relationships.
