Decisions aren't made based on what is good for the company, the long term growth of the company, or the employees. The immediate perceived financial performance is the only thing that matters.

Rumor has it the founder and CEO are looking to leave, and they are no longer engaged. Such a shame - AVI was a fabulous company to work for just a few years ago.
