Employee owned AVI Systems is my favorite employer in a 30+ year career. We are a cohesive team, supporting each other in our pursuits. Our executive management team gladly rolls up their sleeves and gets involved - whether it's to secure a big client, find new solution or create a better process. We are empowered to be creative in our rolls. We are led by example rather than dictate. AVI Systems have an ethos of integrity, responsibility and just plain old "doing the right thing" even when it might be difficult. We are engineering centric and encouraged to continue our personal growth though continued learning. We support our communities. The culture of AVI Systems is refreshing and I have finally found my home.
