Pros
After being here for 6 months, I can comfortable say that this is the best company I've been with. Good direct manager, good work-life balance, great forward-looking innovation focus, and super high ethical standards. Further, it's just fun to be in a company that is succeeding and growing across the board.
Cons
Some processes need to be revamped, as the company has experienced rapid organic growth - and the processes need to follow suit. But this is already happening across the business.
