      Pros

      Flat organization, a lot is possible if you possess the right attitude and qualifications. People are treated well and fair - it's a company on a mission with good values.

      Cons

      Slightly conservative mindset. But the cons makes it worth working here.

      Pros

      Great pay. Great benefits though Masters Mates & Pilots Union. Work 3 months on, 3 months off. All travel is paid.

      Cons

      Long days sometimes. Rough seas & weather. A lot of time in the Middle East where temps averaged 120 degrees.
