Unprofessional management - Store Manager FOTILE Employee Review

Thanks for your review. The sanitary conditions of the stores have been rectified immediately after we get the personnel. Thanks for your advice! We believe we have reached a consensus during interview process that for the nature of the position itself, our Retail Store Manager are generally required to work over the weekends (which normally are the two busiest day of the week) and then take 2 days off during weekday instead. For the allowance part, we are proud to provide it to employees at company's cost and some curtain amount allowance are exempt from tax for employee's interest.
