Pros

-Decent PTO/Vacation time -401k Matching -Training opportunities -Good immediate bosses -Lots of chances to work with people who are passionate about nature and ecology

Cons

-Essentially a laborer -Job starts at $15 an hour with no room for negotiations -Non field management does not seem to care about you -Disconnect with decision making that effects you -No room for advancement. They said there would be during my interview. No field staff got promoted when I worked there. -Yearly review system is flawed and doesn't make you want to succeed
