Overall very robust team, everyone was willing to work with you, which created a very good team environment. From the bottom to middle management everyone was a joy to work with. Working environment was decent with adequate breaks and safety equipment.
Cons
Low pay, long hours, 98% of all the staff there are Chinese, to be able to be effective at this company you MUST be able to speak Mandarin or Cantonese. Working on the production floor this company is well suited to new Chinese immigrants looking for their first job in BC. You will feel right at home! Sales team is disconnected with production and the whole aim of upper management is to sell as many machines as possible in the shortest period of time to jack up sales. This put tremendous pressure on operations and production, which is fine but pay your workers better! Employee turnover rate is very high, saving money short-term with low wages will be to your detriment by hiring and re-training workers constantly. Quality will suffer and the overall customer experience will diminish.
