      If you like working on many different things, FPT is a good place. They support your growth with lots of online learning platforms. The administration system is very good and easy to use.

      Cons

      You do not have the freedom to choose your work. 70% of the time, the company decides your project for you.

      1. The supervisor is very engaged and supportive in your learning and showing you the chances to contribute to the team. 2. Everyone in the team is very communicative and collaborative. 3. Get to learn a lot through thorough procedures and formal workplace.

      Cons

      1. Unpaid 2. Work 8 hours a day (I find it's normal but for others maybe not)
