Pros
The atmosphere was friendly among coworkers. They attract good talent directly from school who want to focus on stress calculations
Cons
Work is repetitive and monotonous. You can be working on the same project for years for one specific large client. Since consultants need to bill every hour, that becomes the measurement of success and not the quality of work. The high turnover among colleagues has to do with the lack of career opportunities and development. Once you hit 30 there's not very much to excel at, work is just the same.
