      A lot of variety with the work. Tool allowance

      Cons

      Very clicky. Current employees very intimidated by ambitious or skilled new employees. A lot of drama in the shop, tattling, back stabbing, etc. They will bait you in to talking about someone and then run and tell them what you said.

      Pros

      Good benefits, enjoyable work ethic, lots of opportunity if willing to travel / relocate. Nationwide geographical spread with expansion coming up bringing new challenges

      Cons

      Sometimes slow to make decisions due to corporate structure. Lacks some of the agility of a smaller organization, something we need to embrace
