Pros
Flexible working approach depending on role. No expectation to go into office regularly. Very quite office in central London location.
Cons
No career progression. Company says they “invest” in learning but just not true. Asking for a £20 book is a struggle. Constant risk of redundancy. No live sport in the office. For a company that sells itself as the “sportsbook specialists”, i think it’s odd they don’t even have sky sports news playing in the office. Software is incredibly buggy. Getting anything improved or fixed will take a lifetime and is unlikely to be resolved soon. No employee benefits. I mean none!
