No leadership. Lack of communication. And everyone is jumping ship. A year ago things were different and it was a great place to work. Then about 5-6 months ago everything changed and they went from a great culture were you felt included to one where you are a number on a spreadsheet instead of a living breathing person. They hired a bunch of senior management that tanked the culture in less than three months and now they are bleeding their best employees.
